| 1. | 申請者可於2026年10月5日﹙星期一﹚上午9:00至2026年10月16日下午5:00期間填交網上申請表格。 |

| 2. | 進入報名程序前，請先準備好以下文件的電子檔﹙所有上載文件／圖像必須清晰﹚： | |
| a. | 考生証件相 | |
| b. | 考生出生證明書 (如非本地出生，須附上考生之香港居民身份證或其他居港證明文件) |
|
| c. | 針紙 | |
| d. | 考生之天主教領洗紙(如有) | |
| e. | 父母／兄姊於本幼稚園、高主教書院小學部或高主教書院就讀／ 畢業之證明文件 (如有) |
|
| f. | 報名費港幣$40元正 (經FPS轉數快支付，不設退款及不可轉讓。) 成功繳費後，家長會收到「成功繳費通知」 |
|
| 3. | 若家長成功完成報名，系統會按遞交次序編排面見日期及時間，並自動經由家長 所提供之電郵地址發送確認電郵「成功報名通知書」。 |
|
| 4. | 若家長未完成網上繳費，或有需作更改資料，可以考生申請編號、出生證明書號碼及電郵地址，登入系統更新︰ https://dki-rckg.catholic.edu.hk/admission/form-update |

| 1. | Application Period : Monday, October 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM to Friday, October 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM. |

| 2. | Required Documents for Upload , please prepare the softcopy of the following documents before starting the online registration (All uploaded documents / images must be clear.) |
|
| a. | One passport-sized photograph of applicant | |
| b. | Applicant’s Birth Certificate (If child was not born in HK, please attach a copy of the applicant’s HKID or proof of Right of Abode) |
|
| c. | Application’s immunisation record card | |
| d. | Applicant’s Catholic Baptismal Certificate (if applicable) | |
| e. | Evidence to indicate the applicant’s parent or older sibling has graduated from, or is currently studying at our Raimondi College Kindergarten Section, Raimondi College Primary Section and / or Raimondi College, e.g. report card, student card, student handbook. | |
| f. | Application Fee: HK$40 (Payment via FPS ; non-refundable and non-transferable). Once the payment is successfully processed, parents will be sent a ''Payment Confirmation Notification''. |

| 3. | Interview Arrangement : Date and time will be scheduled based on the order of submission. A "Confirmation of Successful Registration" will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the parents upon successful registration. |

| 4. | Parents who haven't completed online payment or need to update information, please log in to the system using the applicant's application number, birth certificate number, and email address to make updates: https://dki-rckg.catholic.edu.hk/admission/form-update. |
